Lauren has been a certified equine massage therapist since 2024, after attending Olds College in Olds AB. She uses education from the equine world and her extensive knowledge of human bodywork to curate personal care plans and massage sessions for her horse clients. She uses various massage techniques and methods as well as helping owners create a balanced homecare plan to help horses to be as happy and comfortable as they can.
Having regular bodywork on your horse goes a long way, and can improve their overall health, comfort level and performance. Lauren brings a very caring and open minded approach to her sessions, and aims to bring the best care to your horse.

Lauren has been a registered massage therapist since 2022, after attending Sir Sanford Fleming College in Peterborough ON. She brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to her work, shaped by experience in both spa and clinical environments. She believes in the power of preventative and holistic care, and tailors each treatment to meet her clients’ unique needs, goals, and comfort levels.
Lauren works with people of all ages and backgrounds, supporting concerns such as chronic pain, repetitive strain injuries, headaches, and pre- and post-pregnancy care. Using a blend of relaxation techniques, deep tissue work, and client-specific therapeutic approaches, she helps relieve muscular tension, reduce pain, and restore ease of movement.
Lauren encourages her clients to nurture their well-being through time in nature, regular massage, and mindful self-care.

Massage therapy increases body awareness, which also plays a role in healing, and helps both the mind and body. It is such a helpful tool for so many ailments and issues.
